Peter Shobiye is well known as a creative problem solver and futurist with knowledge of both local and international laws. Peter has continued to set recognisable pace in matters of commercial law in Nigeria, he is an expert in intellectual property rights, he advises and provides legal guidance on foreign direct investments, business planning, real estate, construction and infrastructure, project financing, corporate recapitalisation and restructuring. Peter has represented many global companies in various transborder commercial transactions, due diligence, project negotiations, and stands out as lead advocate in various Courts.

Peter holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, he is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a licenced Barrister and Solicitor. Peter has graced various local and international platforms as a discussant on business and commercial issues.
